Who do you use as contractors?

We recruit contractors from various backgrounds. Some have served in the armed forces, others jumped into gangs. Our contractors do not know each other, they operate independently and they only interact with The Switchboard. What they share in common is a rigorous vetting process. We recruit our contractors directly and enforce a zero tolerance failure policy.
